天氣開始轉涼，又是火鍋好時機！蔡瀾今集為大家推介香港至正火鍋店，首推港人至愛牛肉鍋，手切牛肉入口滋味無窮，馳名沙嗲鍋底更加是一絕。蔡瀾還介紹另一款羊肉鍋，食完羊肉全身暖烘烘！ 講到火鍋不得不提四川麻辣火鍋，湯底上面有一層紅色的辣油，每次把食物放入口先麻後辣，令人好易食上癮同一身大汗！另外仲會介紹傳統的魚頭鍋及羊肉鍋，配料及材料勻與別不同，令人一試難忘。除了中式火鍋外，今集又會介紹其他國家的火鍋，有韓國、瑞士及日本。至於芝士火鍋及豆乳鍋更是另類推介，大家一樣不能錯過。 今集嘉賓有食神梁文韜、周中，他們一齊用火水爐及用最簡單的工具來做火鍋，更添原始風味，再配上特別頭抽及另類材料齊齊懷舊一番。
