India hopes to revive semiconductor city
June 15 - India tries to revive its 'Fab City' dream – a massive project to set up a semiconductor manufacturing hub in Hyderabad. Although the $5 billion project is largely labeled a failure, work is underway to salvage the project by offering a new set of incentives. Gautam Srinivasan reports.
