Basketball is their cover. Spying’s their game.  Unfortunately they suck at both. "Foul!" follows the pathetic misadventures of the West Coast Travelers, a team of hapless basketball players recruited by the government to be spies. Using the minor league basketball tour as their cover they travel from city-to-city solving cases.
