Market Lags While Casino Stocks Surge
Casino stocks surged during trading on Friday after MGM Resorts Internationals (MGM) Chief Executive Officer James Murren said in an interview that hotel room revenue, convention business and gaming revenue are "starting to come back." Murren added that he expects conventional business to be up over 30% this year.  Today, shares of MGM rose about 7.4% to $16.34.
