新竹市「明和麵店」，從20多年前開店至今都沒漲價，一碗切仔麵20元，最有人氣的粉ㄑㄧㄤˊ和炸肉是必點配菜。炸肉外皮酥酥，裡頭三層肉上瘦下肥；粉ㄑㄧㄤˊ用豬腸裹瘦肉，腸軟、粉Q讓人吃完想再點一盤。(20110602)
