日日有食神IV - 沙巴鯊魚大餐 - 第1集
韜韜與凱婷來到馬來西亞沙巴,跟隨漁船出海捕魚,最大的收穫是一條足足有三呎長的虎鯊,韜韜教路,細條鯊魚食魚肉、大條鯊魚食魚皮及魚唇,而一餐鯊魚宴,菜式包括烏雞燉翅、鮑汁燴鯊魚皮、家鄉蒸鯊魚咀及豉汁蒸鯊魚,將這條虎鯊全身上下都食勻! 魚蛋、水餃對於不少識食一族來講,或許會嗤之以鼻,但來到沙巴,不嚐當地鮮魚蛋、海鮮水餃,實在是一大損失,以蝦肉混合魚肉的水餃,只得一個字可以形容:鮮!鮮魚蛋質感爽口,極富鮮魚味;鮮蝦炒魚麵,魚麵真材實料,彈牙之餘不失鮮味。 Kaya即是將椰子與雞蛋混合煮成的椰蛋醬,通常用來搽麵包,是馬來西亞人常吃的食品。馬拉人飲拉茶、食「Kaya多」就有如香港人去茶餐廳,而拉茶採用煉奶而非砂糖調味,更顯香濃幼滑。
