沙埔仔村水浸 渠務署承認責無旁貸
大埔區議會召開特別會議，討論上星期在大埔碗窰沙埔仔村發生的水浸善後工作。 渠務署署長劉家強表示，發出黑雨警告當日，阻塞大埔河的沙石可能來自上游的擴闊河道工程地盤。 他表示，署方正調查事件是否涉及承建商疏忽。但劉家強強調，署方責無旁貸，會承擔責任。
