港燈太陽能發電系統啟用
港燈啟用全港最大規模的太陽能發電系統，預計每年可以生產62萬度電，佔港燈全年生產電力0.01%。 整個太陽能發電系統由5500塊太陽能板組成，覆蓋面積超過一個足球場。太陽能板採用新技術提高效能，較傳統太陽能板有更高發電量。港燈預計太陽能系統投產後，每年可減少排放520公噸二氧化碳。 環境局局長邱騰華表示，發展再生能源可以改善空氣質素及減低污染物排放。
