マンダラアサナ練習その2
この前とは逆周りで回転。起き上がり方も変えました。この一連のアサナを練習するとなぜか脳が休まります。それはたぶん、胸を開いたり、体の体幹部を感じたり、体の外側の方向感覚を意識したり、身体の総合的な感覚が働く代わりに脳が休むのだ、と思います。
