Jetzt muss die "Weiße Flotte" erstmals selber Seeleute ausbilden. Denn es gibt keine Schiffsführer mehr auf dem Markt. Der Nachwuchs fehlt: Sebastian Biermann, einen Hauptschüler aus der neunten Klasse, will sich jetzt bei der Weißen Flotte als Seemann bewerben und macht vorab ein Praktikum.
