Bill Vander Zalm, B.C.’s premier from 1986 to 1991, joins Peter Van Dusen at his home near Vancouver to discuss his very vocal opposition to the HST. Money matters also remain atop the agenda in Ottawa. Top federal Liberals also fanned out across the country to criticize the Conservative fiscal record and present their alternative.
