Campaign Politics On November 29th, 2010, voters in Dauphin-Swan River-Marquette, Man. elect a new MP to replace outgoing Conservative Inky Mark, who sought a return to municipal politics. Mark won the last election by a margin of 13,000 votes. Robert Sopuck hopes to replace on the Conservative benches. Denise Harder is the NDP candidate, and Christopher Scott Sarna is representing the Liberals. CPAC’s Kenneth Bell produced this half-hour report on the riding.
