上一次，阿蘇教大學生煮食，教得很勞氣，這次，她叫來一班小學生，人仔細細，連煮東西吃的經驗也不多，究竟教起來會否比大學生更加高難度呢？ 今次，阿蘇會先示範了如何烹煮的過程，才讓學生們跟著做，第一樣的食物是芝士三文治，要記的步驟也不少，例如牛油要塗在外面，落鍋煎時要留心煎燶，切件的方向等等，都考起了年紀小小的孩子，阿蘇逐一在身旁指點。 做好三文治，接著示範更加複雜的小食，就是包雞卷，所有材料都要切粒，雞柳要切粒，西芹要切粒，洋蔥要切粒，再加入蛋黃醬、煉奶攪拌好，舀在方包片上連同蠟紙捲著，好味！
