This panel on March 12th examined the economic influences on the North American relationaship. The presenters were Bradford DeLong (economics professor at UC Berkeley) and Rod Dobell (professor emeritus of public policy at the University of Victoria). Also present were Chrystia Freeland (U.S. managing editor, The Financial Times) and David Emerson (senior advisor, CAI Capital Management).
