It has been rather quiet on campus the past couple of weeks after the University decided to turn off the famous steam whistle. The whistle costs around three thousand dollars a year to operate, it was turned off in an attempt to save money. The whistle surprising began again today. We'll explain why the whistle is blowing again during our newscast.
