The G(irls)20 Summit - The common sense of education
Public Record G(irls)20 Summit On June 16th, 2010, the inaugural G(irls)20 Summit took place in Toronto. The summit brought together one girl from each of the G20 countries, 10 days before the official summit.  In the second presentation of the day, Ndungu Kahihu, Plan Canada (Nairobi), discussed the importance of opening the door to education to girls and women around the world. Following his presentation Mr. Kahihu responded to questions from conference delegates.
