東電株主総会で勝俣会長がおわび
東京電力の株主総会が２８日午前、東京都内のホテルで始まった。総会の冒頭で、勝俣恒久会長が「原発事故と供給力不足による計画停電で、社会の皆様に多大なご迷惑とご心配をおかけし、深くおわび申し上げます」と陳謝した。（株主総会の動画は東京電力提供）
