慶応大病院 ２万４千人分の患者情報を紛失
慶応大病院（東京・新宿区）は２７日、患者約２万４０００人の氏名や病名などが記録されたＵＳＢメモリーを紛失したと発表した。最後に確認されたのは４月２８日で、鍵のかかる戸棚に保管されたが、１７日に紛失に気づいた。情報漏れによる被害は確認されず。
