這一集的嘉賓是伊麵鄭伊健，帶同他的好朋友林嘉欣一同遊日本，喜歡追求新科技的鄭伊健，原來也熱愛回歸大自然，他們去到五箇山的合掌建築村，是古老的日本民宿，在屋內用灰爐燒魚，別具一番風味。 他們又去到長野縣的山葵種植場，親手採摘新鮮的日本芥末，即場清洗，再磨成芥末醬，是最正宗的味道。 伊健和嘉欣亦到了鬼押出園，這是由火山爆發，溶岩冷卻後形成的景觀，兩人感受到大自然的破壞力，是人類不能控制的，更令他們勾起了我國四川地震。
