北京烤鴨據說是清代御膳,至今發揚光大,令世界各地遊客趨之若鶩。烤鴨選用北京鴨品種,先吹氣上皮,再以果木燒烤,配以蔥白、青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲、蒜泥、砂糖、泡菜及醬黃瓜等調味,令香味更為突出。 板栗即栗子,經常聽聞天津板栗,但韜韜教路遷西板栗才是真正靚貨。街頭的糖炒板栗,雖然簡單,但遠遠嗅到已教人口水直流。糖炒板栗入口鬆化甘香,試問怎能停口?韜韜和彩雲更深入栗子園,見識600歲的栗子樹,品嚐樹上摘的新鮮栗子。 最後來到北京一間園景飯店,品嚐矜貴菜式松茸水魚燉翅,將極品菇菌松茸的鮮味,完全逼入魚翅中,可謂人間美食;煎焗大連鮮鮑賣相絕佳,大連鮮鮑是國內最腍滑的鮑魚,煮法亦夠惹味;栗子八寶鴨材料豐富,栗子夠腍且吸收了鴨的鮮味。最後當然別要錯過一試創意甜品栗茸煎軟餅及栗子露。
