People who use the internet to make threats against Celtic or Rangers personalities will be tracked down and punished that’s according to the First Minister. The issue was raised at a summit to tackle violence linked to Old Firm games. Alex Salmond says people contributing to so-called hate websites shouldn't think they can get away with it.
