黃仁龍稱普選聯方案達到共識有難度
對於普選聯提出2012年立法會議席中，六席區議會議席，採取區議員提名，市民一人一票選出的建議，律政司司長黃仁龍認為由於時間有限，要達到共識會有難度，相反政府提出的方案，由民選區議員以比例代表制互選，更有把握，亦可增加民主成份。 黃仁龍與行政會議成員張炳良出席一個電台節目，張炳良表示，如果政制沒有突破，香港將會面對挫折，黨派之間缺乏互信，行政立法關係繼續對峙，社會將會進一步分化。
