With the help of the California Department of Public Health and the US Food and Drug Administration, we have developed the first E. coli and Salmonella Bio Detection Dog. This was the brain child of Dr Jeff Farrar of the CDPH and we ran with it...with his help. Zero the Bio Detection Dog has proven to be an asset in out break investigations and trace backs. She also showed worthiness in the industry side of Leafy Green produce protection against outbreaks.
