For as long as we can remember, literature and films have portrayed governments and leaders that have corrupt from possessing too much power. Whether allegorical or applicable, many of these genres feature a shallow hero; one that is naïve to a higher secret or power, and prefers brawn over brain. Lucky for you, this story creates a mood for the main character as one who has had a vivid intellectual background; One who knows his own mind and soul. As struggles eclipse to bring us back to reality, so must he, forgo these dreams and flashbacks, before he can save his people, and more importantly, his one love.
