譚作人案二審維持囚5年 其女曾被庭外公安帶走
揭露四川豆腐渣工程及撰文紀念六四事件，被控「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」的四川維權人士譚作人，上訴申請今早被成都中級人民法院駁回，維持5年判刑。 代表律師不滿結果，但現階段已是終審。 譚作人妻子獲准入庭內旁聽，她說，丈夫較之前精神飽滿。譚作人的女兒因為在庭外拍攝，一度被公安帶走扣查。
