Remembering Richard Nixon
President Nixon’s son-in-law, Edward Cox, was introduced to Americans during his much-publicized 1971 White House wedding to Tricia Nixon. Mr. Cox campaigned extensively for the re-election of his father-in-law, and after the election traveled to Europe and the Soviet Union, meeting privately with leaders and their families. He spoke about the Richard Nixon he knew. "The Nixon White House — A View from the Inside" was a program of the Hauenstein Center for Presidential Studies held at the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum.
