You can see her on cooking shows and in her own restaurants!Sarah Wiener operates four restaurants in Berlin. The Austrian-born cook and caterer has also published seven cook-books. The latest focuses on making sweets and deserts. Many people in German speaking countries also know her from television, where she’s a regular guest on cooking shows. She launched her career with a catering service in 1990. Today she employes more than 100 people and is Germany's most popular female cook.  What's your personality like? I'm selfless, highly intelligent, loving, generous, and I always tell the truth. Who's your personal hero? My personal hero is Pan Tau, definitely. What is a temptation that you just cannot resist? The only irresistible temptation is my husband, and occasionally a café-au-lait or green tea. Can you give us a bit of wisdom? Life is too short for bad cooking and your digestive tract is too long for bad food. Do you have an unfulfilled dream? Unfortunately, I'm too undisciplined and lazy to have unfulfilled dreams. Because if you could pull yourself together, you could probably fulfill all your dreams. I'd have to say, I have dreams but they're not so big that I need to pursue them. What really annoys you? Dates and cocoanuts And what does a perfect day look like for you? A perfect day has so many faces. It can be sunshine and a big breakfast, meeting friends, going to a movie or doing just lying around in bed all day. Or maybe getting up early after a good night's rest and tackling a problem and solving it, then going home and cooking a great meal for 10 friends and then they all lean back and rub their bellies and say, "That was great, Sarah.".
