消委會：臍帶血療效仍存疑
消委會指，臍帶血的治療效用至今仍然存疑，建議市民聽取專家意見，再評估是否儲存和使用。 消委會又說，有美容院以幹細胞美容作招徠，部份服務可能已超出美容範圍。
