Bloomberg’s Mike Firn reports on the impact of Japan's record earthquake on Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., the world’s biggest maker of giant excavators.   Hitachi Construction said on May 26 production recovered to a pre-earthquake level and that it expects profit to more than double this year.
