Im Zoo Palast fand in Anwesenheit der Hauptdarsteller Aylin Tezel, Liv Lisa Fries, Balder Beyer, Peter Lohmeyer und dem Rapper Manuellsen die Premiere des Jugenddramas "Bis auf Blut – Brüder auf Bewährung" statt. Bereits im Vorfeld gab es zahlreiche Preise. Höhepunkt war die Verleihung des First Step Award 2010 in der Kategorie "Bester abendfüllender Spielfilm".
