Alpha Natural Resources to Buy Massey Energy
Alpha Natural Resources (ANR) said over the weekend it would acquire Massey Energy (MEE) for $69.33 per share in cash and stock, a 21% premium.  Under terms of the agreement, Massey shareholders will receive 1.025 shares of Alpha stock and $10 in cash per share.
