Play Obama warns of 'tax increases'
President Barack Obama has warned the US is running out of time to reach a deal on raising the debt ceiling.He said Congress had "run up the credit card" and failure to reach a deal could mean a rise in interest rates which would "effectively be a tax increase for everybody".
