iReport — Wouldn’t it be great to look back at this period 20 years from now and say that "America went through a very tough time in the first part of the 21st  century but it took a monumental effort on both political parties to get the country on the right footing?"  It would be great to look back and see that the "parts" worked together to benefit the "whole."  The challenge is not to ask "Which party is right?"  the challenge for this time period is more "Which party will do the right things for the country?"  Both parties have good ideas.  It would be idiotic to believe that only one party has good solutions. All of us as kids (I hope) at some point were taught the importance of "compromise" and "sharing." Use those principles learned at an early age to make the "right moves" for America.  America will be more of the "United States of America" if there are solutions that are reached that benefit the American people as a "whole" and not just score "political" points.  That would be uplifting for America and it would make sense for America!
