On Sunday, November 14, 2010 at approximately 0545 hours police responded to a report of a sexual assault in the vicinity of Willoughby Avenue and Central Avenue.  Upon arrival a F/W/21 reported that she was approached from behind by the suspect who punched her in the face and sexually assaulted her. The suspect is described as a Male Hispanic, 20 to 25 years of age. He is 5’06" - 5' 08" tall, approximately 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white waist length jacket, blue jeans, white sneakers and a baseball cap with a unknown type logo on the front.
