Media company, Comcast (NASDAQ:CMCSA) is proposing to boost partnership with Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). The planned partnership is to increase BOMA’s programs such as education, advocacy, research and membership to assist commercial real estate.Kevin O'Toole, Senior Vice President of Product Management and Strategy, of Comcast Business Services said, "Our partnership with BOMA will allow us to work closely with its 16,500 commercial real estate professionals that collectively own or manage nine billion square feet of office space to create 'cloud-ready' buildings."Comcast has a potential upside of 20.5% based on a current price of $24.94 and an average consensus analyst price target of $30.05.
