vol.75 軽井沢・万座・志賀 第3週
今週は北軽井沢を走ります。日本最初の本格的ロードレースの浅間高原レースのコースだった道をなぞりながら六飼ったのは「浅間とり牧場」。鶏肉と卵料理のお店で比内地鶏と大型肥大性の掛け合わせで作られた浅間地鶏を堪能出来る。放し飼いにより締まった肉質の歯ごたえは「未知の体験」。みなさんも是非。
