被災者対象の高速道路無料化で混雑 岩手
東日本大震災の被災者を対象とした高速道路の無料化が始まって初めての週末を迎えた２５日、岩手県内の各ＩＣは被災証明書を提示する車で渋滞した。また、ＳＡでも普段より多くの車が見られた。被災者を対象とした無料化は１年間で、混雑は当面続く見込み。
