I’ve seen a video on LL a few days ago with a man who was hit while he was on the ground and remembered a similar incident.  The cameraman dressed as civilian was part of the Gendarmerie. First, he was hit with a brick by 19-year old boy, and then kicked by other three youngsters while on the ground; one of them had just 16 years old. Two of the agressors were sentenced to jail and the other More.. two received suspended sentence. This happened in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
