The Wall Street Journal reports that U.K. Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt says he will would seek further advice from regulators on News Corp.'s (NASDAQ:NWSA) offer to buy British Sky Broadcasting (PINK:BSYBY). The Wall Street Journal reports that Chinese chemicals conglomerate Sinochem Corp. is in advanced talks with Monsanto (NYSE:MON) to significantly increase their relationship. Reuters reports that French energy firm Total (NYSE:TOT) is no longer in exclusive talks to sell the 223,000 barrel-per-day Lindsey refinery in Britain after re-opening negotiations with more firms. The Detroit News reports that Volkswagen (PINK:VLKAY) is said to be considering building another U.S. assembly plant, this time for its Audi unit. Finally, The New York Post reports that Dunkin' Donuts is expected to boost the size of its IPO to $600M from $400M when it sells shares to the public this week.
