劉健儀：過去一年極不尋常 行政立法關係尚待改善
立法會內務委員會主席劉健儀回顧過去一年的工作，她形容過去一年，是極不尋常的一年，而且工作繁重，單是政改方案便用上26小時辯論，最後獲通過。 曾經以「停滯不前」來形容行政立法關係的劉健儀說，今年的行政立法關係，並無明顯進展，尚待改善。她指出，官員和議員一直有保持交流，但往往流於互相投訴，政府官員多次投訴議員有冒犯性語言，而議員又不滿政府並無派他們要求的官員出席會議，由於雙方立場不同，令關係拉遠。 她希望，日後的行政立法關係有互動，不要再激化，雖不能互相說服，但亦需要互相尊重。
