Listen Living with a super-injunction
Adakini Ntuli had a super-injunction served on her in April 2010 by Take That’s Howard Donald, with whom she had had a nine-year on-off affair.Donald had been granted a super-injunction that stopped him being named as the claimant in an order that prevented Adakini Ntuli revealing details of their relationship. The super-injunction was lifted by the Court of Appeal in November 2010, and Ntuli talked to 5 live reporter Andrew Fletcher about what the super-injunction involved and how she reacted when it was first served on her.Next month a committee set up by the Master of the Rolls, Lord Neuberger, will publish a report on its review of super-injunctions.The interview was first aired on the Victoria Derbyshire programme, which is broadcast Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 12:00 on BBC Radio 5 live.
