衆議院本会議 菅首相、脱原発の方針について「私の考えを申し上げた」
菅首相は、原発を将来全廃することを目指す方針を表明した13日の記者会見について、15日午後の衆議院本会議で、「私の考えを申し上げた」と述べた。菅首相は本会議で「計画的・段階的に原発依存度を下げ、将来は原発がなくてもきちんとやっていける社会を実現していくと私の考え方を申し上げたところであります」と述べたうえで、「私自身の考えとして、原発に依存しない社会を考えるに至った」と強調した。菅首相は、15日朝の閣議のあとの閣僚懇談会でも、「私個人の考えを示した」と説明しており、「脱原発」が政府の方針ではなく、菅首相個人としての考えであるとの認識を示したものとみられる。
