Credit rating agency and financial research provider Moodys Corporation (MCO) said today it has acquired CSI Global Education for $151.4 million.  CSI Global Education is a provider of financial learning, credentials and certification, and Moodys said the acquisition will strengthen its capabilities for delivering credit training programs, research and analytical services, and risk management software for financial institutions.
