玉珠峰海拔 6,178 米，梁榮忠、郭羨妮和崔建邦為了挑戰這座巍峨且險要的高峰，出發前不單做足生理及心理準備，崔建邦更到西寧塔爾寺祈福。兩位男主持於多巴國家高原體育訓練基地待上兩天適應高原環境後, 便出發前往首站青海湖，而郭羨妮亦從湖南趕往會合大隊。
