私隱專員公署冀兩個月內完成對八達通公司查察
對於八達通公司被指將客戶個人資料轉交第三者，私隱專員吳斌說，公署期望在兩個月內完成查察。他表示，已向八達通公司建議，日後客戶需簽訂同意書，才可將資料轉交第三者。 吳斌發表公署09/10年度年報，他在記者會上回應，日前《南華早報》刊登審計署署長鄧國斌對他的評論，表示已向鄧國斌發律師信，批評鄧國斌的指責，是違反公平和公義，而且沒有理據，及作人身攻擊，要求對方道歉和賠償。
