卓歐靜美：「在我人生裡面，我最不開心的事，就是我爸爸去世的時候，當時我只有十八歲，我在一間公司工作，我是中文學校畢業的，月薪只有四百元，英文學校畢業的，月薪就有七百元，當時我很不開心，怎麼會相差這麼遠，太不公平了。其實公平與否也要接受，所以我就努力去讀會計專業文憑，還要提升自己的英文，所以我覺得現在這個逆境的時候，人應該放遠一點，對自己要力求增值，我做人的宗旨，格言是『人要力求創新，終身學習，用愛心回饋社會，面對困難、逆境不用怕，衝破它』。」
