Ashley Tacora was born in Mount Vernon, NY and raised in the Boogie down Bronx. Accompanied by her New York City swagger, her Bajan and Crucian decent helps to embody who he she is today.  Since of a young age, Ashley has displayed an enormous love for music. Priding herself in being the girl who has always stood out from the crowd, AshleyTacora displays a similar outlook in her writing. As a songwriter, she leaves listeners with the feeling that there something unexplainably different about her. Inspired by DIVAS such as Diana Ross, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Beyonce; Ashley Tacora’s strong and powerful vocals are sure to blow you away. Ashley Tacora knows what she wants and knows how to get it with her sassy personality. She began showcasing her talent in church at the tender age of 11. Since then, all who have heard her sing were soon to fall in love with her talent and her glowing personality. She attended the most prestigious performing arts High School in New York City, Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts. There as a vocal music major, she was trained in the classical arts, only to improve her talent and bringing her to new heights vocally. Now that Ashley Tacora has grown into a young lady she has proven to those around her that she has blossomed into a beautiful and dedicated singer, songwriter and performer. Her personality vividly pours out in the songs she writes and the emotion displayed in her vocals. She is a fun, loving, wild and spontaneous young lady that WILL go very far in her career.
