東北六魂祭、一部規模を縮小してパレード
東北６県の夏祭りが仙台市に集まった「東北六魂祭」は１７日に２日目を迎え、想定以上の人出による混乱で初日に中止された「青森ねぶた祭」などの一部パレードが規模を縮小して実施された。
