元秘書の供述調書、一部不採用 陸山会事件
民主党・小沢元代表の資金管理団体・陸山会をめぐり、元秘書３人が政治資金規正法違反の罪に問われている裁判で、東京地裁は、検察側が証拠請求した３人の供述調書のうち、十数通について、供述に任意性がないとして、証拠として採用しないことを決めた。
