通常父親在家中是比較嚴肅和權威的角色，但他們對子女的愛，不少於母親，星期日就是父親節，今集請來PAUL哥秦沛和仔仔姜文杰分享他們父子相處之道。文杰還公開從未曝光的父親節禮物，這份禮物曾令到PAUL哥感動萬分呢。另外，章志文亦會帶同太太和3個月大的皓謙到來，分享BB對他們初為人父母的感受。一邊嘆紅酒一邊看風景，絕對是五星級享受，今集會介紹米芝蓮的餐廳。ANNIE會在「今晚食乜餸」示範沙爹肉片炒豆角，想學就要留意啦。
